Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Divya’s Pickles, we strive to offer the best quality homemade pickles prepared fresh for each order. As a food-based brand, we follow a very transparent and customer-focused refund & cancellation policy:
Dispatch
We do not stock any pickles. All orders are freshly prepared, and we usually dispatch the order within 2 days of receiving it.
If dispatch is delayed beyond the committed timeframe, we will inform you. Customers can claim a 100% refund if they don’t wish to wait further.
If the customer wishes to cancel the order before dispatch, a 100% refund is not guaranteed due to:
- Ingredients already being procured, which cannot be used for other orders.
- Payment gateway transaction charges that will be deducted.
RTO (Return To Origin)
If a shipment is returned due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection, or an insufficient/incorrect address, no refund will be issued.
Please ensure the shipping address is correct (including pincode) and plan to collect the package when out for delivery.
Damaged Goods / Tampered Packaging
If you receive damaged goods or tampered packaging, please take clear photos in the presence of the delivery agent. Email us within 24 hours. We will do our best to resolve the issue based on merit.
Lost Goods
If your shipment is confirmed lost by our shipping partner, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
Return Policy
As we deliver food products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
Failed Transactions
In case of failed transactions with debited amounts, we are not liable. However, we can assist you in confirming if the payment has been received on our end.
Refunds
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. Refunds are processed within 7 days.
Storage Guidelines
Since our pickles are preservative-free, they may develop fungus due to heat or moisture, especially if a wet spoon/spatula is used. We suggest refrigerating the pickle jars upon receipt.
